    How do you make sure your site is performing well after its launch?

    There are dozens of different online channels of communication for you to push your content out to potential customers. How do you know which of these channels most effectively communicates your message? By planning and integrating campaign tracking into each online channel you can effectively track sources of traffic into your website allowing you to accurately gauge which channels provide the best conversion rates.

    Goals

    If you have a transactional website we can track your shopping and checkout process as a goal. By creating a funnel in Google Analytics we can allow you to see potential drop out points for clients, and assess why people are having issues with specific stages of your website.

    Web form abandonment

    Similarly if you have any online forms we can track a users path through each form, and see if there are any usability issue with it, using form abandonment tracking to gauge when a user enters and exists from each form field.
    Using the techniques above you can actually see what a user is doing on your site, rather than just seeing page impressions.
