Most of the problems business's have with I.T. projects stem from their inability to really grasp what is happening. So often we see senior management nodding in project meetings only to ask 'what was that all about' after everyone has left the room.
Keeping our clients informed about the technical decision involved in a project allows us to engage with them, at a business level where they feel comfortable, not at a technical level where they feel confused. In our experience informing clients about the technical aspects of projects allows them to be included in the process, rather than feeling mystified by it.
I.T. platforms that your business staff can actually use
Our aim is to keep things as simple and efficient as possible. It is not in a clients best interest, or ours, for us to develop overly complex or deliberately convoluted solutions. We understand that the technical platforms that we produce need to be used by business staff, who likely already have a day to day role to perform.
The last thing anyone wants is to be hampered by the very tools that are supposed to be enabling you to do your job!
